Contact API
MyWorkSet allows you to gather contacts from your website; example: when someone sends you a message on your website, asides from you getting an email (which is normal), the contact is added to a category of your choice (which you have created) on MyWorkSet. Also the message dropped can be recorded as a note on the contact. This means you do not have to manually type in the contact details or lose any contact. You may have to contact your web developer or we integrate it for you free.
Form Hosting
Are you organizing a quick event, training or program and you need people to quickly indicate interest in the program? Is your web developer not available to build a web page for you? Do you need the form hosted instantly? Do you want to reduce expenses? Then MyWorkSet hosted form is the way forward. Hosted forms enable you create branded pages online hosted for you free on MyWorkset with URL like jadore.myworkset.com/abc. You can send sms and emails to these contacts anytime. You can also export them too.

Teams and Roles
Not working alone? Create an account for your customer care officer or any other team member. You can restrict the contact groups they can access. You may also want to be the only person that can send SMS and emails to your customers. SImply set the privileges.
Powerful Import
You can import your contacts from Gmail and Outlook/Live email accounts (Yahoo recently isnt consistent with their API at the moment, Details of the issue can be seen here). While importing from Gmail, you can choose the contacts you want imported one-by-one if you like or you import all once into your choice group.
Sending SMS/Email
While sending emails or SMS, you can choose to send to all or target a group. You can send now or schedule your message. We will be adding recurrent messaging this month too.

Birthday Messages
You can choose to send birthday greetings to your customers. To send sms greeting, go to send sms page, choose birthday (under send to), type the details of what you want sent out (we advise you personalize the message with either the first name tag, last name tag or both if available), then click send. Thats all. The system will automatically be sending out birthday alerts to customers that you have their birth dates set. Creating two birthday campaigns means contacts will get two messages, so we advise you create only one.
We can design a lovely email template for you too at a fee. Please note that this is not compulsory. You can choose to send a normal plain email.
Actions/Reminders
We believe you offer good services, this means more customers. So you can set actions on each customer. The system reminds you when the time reaches. This can also be useful when you work with people too and have people managing your calendar or handling walk-in customers in the office. They can setup a reminder for you and you get notified.

Notes
This is a feature I personally find very useful. i keep track of all my activities with my contacts with the Notes. At a glance, I can see our previous deals and discussions. No guesses.
