Bieber beat 6,600 people to top the list
He has had a rocky few months and now Justin Bieber has been named the most overexposed celebrity.
The singer topped Forbes' list of more than 6,600 people after receiving an 'overexposure rating' of 67%, beating Kim Kardashian who came second.
The Baby singer has seen his wholesome image take a battering following arrests for allegedly driving under the influence (DUI) and assaulting a limousine driver.
Despite being the second most popular celebrity on Twitter and selling millions of albums, it is his bad behaviour which has kept him in the press recently.
Kim and Kanye are very good at keeping themselves in the press
Earlier this week, video was leaked of the Canadian attending a deposition hearing, at which he was seemingly disrespectful and arrogant towards the lawyers questioning him.
A trial date of May 5 has been set after he was charged with DUI, resisting arrest and possessing an invalid driver's licence after being stopped in Miami in January.
Kardashian received a rating of 61% as she continues to make her name a global brand, star in a reality show and travel the world promoting herself.
Her sisters Khloe and Khourtney, as well as her mother and manager Kris Jenner, also made the list.

Gerry Philpott, president of E-Poll Market Research, said: "When we began tracking attributes in 2001, being 'overexposed' was the kiss of death for any celebrity.
"In today's reality show world, however, it's a badge of honour as it fuels the fire that keeps programmes going from season to season."
Lindsay Lohan, who has made a new reality show for Oprah Winfrey's OWN network, came in third place, while Miley Cyrus was fourth.
